When an obit cartoon transcends the form

 The obit cartoon is not held in high regard by many, including many cartoonists. Often treacly, overtly sentimental, and frequently mocked, they are just as quickly forgotten. Then there's this cartoon by Marshall Ramsey — which quickly went viral after being shared by the Bush family — and touched millions.
