Comic Riffs reporter wins SPJ award

A big congrats to friend of the AAEC Michael Cavna on his Sigma Delta Chi Award from the Society for Professional Journalists. Michael's touching animated remembrance of his father won in the Audio Slide Show category. If you haven't seen it, keep a box of tissues closeby.

Cavna writes about editorial cartooning on a regular basis in his Comic Riffs column in the Washington Post — and is a good cartoonist in his own right.
