Fall Contest Deadlines Approaching

The deadline to enter two upcoming editorial cartoon contests are fast approaching.

Cartoonists interested in submitting their work for consideration for the United Nation's Ranan Lurie Political Cartoon Award have until October 1, 2007.

And the deadline for the National Press Foundation's Berryman Award is October 5, 2007. The annual award is named for Clifford and James Berryman, the first father-son cartoonists to both win the Pulitzer Prize.
