If you appreciate the Cartoons for the Classroom project, this website, or editorial cartoons in general, we hope you'll consider making a donation to the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists.

Now in its 50th year, the AAEC is the world's largest professional organization devoted to editorial cartooning. Over its history, the association has grown from one devoted solely to the interests of cartoonists, to one that also promotes the importance of the profession. Through programs like Cartoons for the Classroom (a bi-weekly lesson plan offered for free to schools and teachers) and the association's website (editorialcartoonists.com), the AAEC provides educational and entertaining content to both educators and the general public at no cost.

Well, at no cost to them. The cost to the AAEC to keep these services up and running (and expanding) is substantial.

That's where you can help. Whatever you can spare would be greatly appreciated. Your contribution will help us to provide editorial cartoons to our schools, promote editorial cartooning within the news industry, and help preserve a profession that has been a vital part of free speech and independent thought in American journalism.
