David Cohen
David Cohen was born in New York City, but has lived most of his life in the South and the last 40 years or so in Asheville, North Carolina--- a liberal little oasis in the buckle of the Bible Belt.
His cartoons currently appear in the Asheville Citizen-Times, a Gannett owned daily.
In addition to cartooning, David is also a drummer/percussionist, and plays with a number of groups locally and regionally, including 4-time Grammy winner David Holt and his band, the Lightning Bolts.
David's work has been featured on CD covers, syndicated to Fortune 500 companies, and has made an appearance on his mother's refrigerator.
