Chelsea Carr
Chelsea Carr is an editorial cartoonist living and working outside of Baltimore, Maryland. Currently, she creates two cartoons a week for Harford County newspapers, The Aegis and The Record.
Carr is also the creator of Crabby & Hon, a Maryland-themed strip that runs three times a week in b, Baltimore's free daily.
In addition to doing political work, Carr also works full time as a graphic designer, and does freelance illustration. In 2006 she published a paper-doll book, Hey, Hon! It's Baltimore Betty, which is carried in fine stores throughout Baltimore.
Carr is a 2005 graduate of the Maryland Institute, College of Art.
