Milt Priggee Milt Priggee was born July 6, 1953 in Anchorage, Alaska. He grew up in the Chicago area where both of his parents were artists. Milt attended Adams State College on an athletic/wrestling scholarship where he graduated in 1976 with a major in fine arts.

After college Priggee met his mentor, John Fischetti, in Chicago. Fischetti helped Priggee start freelancing. His work appeared in The Chicago Daily News, Sun-Times and Tribune.

Mark Ranslem Mark Ranslem's first published editorial cartoon was at 14 for his hometown's college newspaper. Five years later, he was the regular cartoonist for the same newspaper, The Prospector, as a freshman at the University of Texas at El Paso. In 1980, Mark won a Society of Professional Journalists Delta Sigma Chi regional award for political cartooning after tackling the subject of racial bigotry and hatred. Unfortunately the newspaper that had been publishing the Chicken Boy cartoons went kaput. Since then I have been drawing cartoons that are available on line or occassionally seen in the NELA Art News, Please contact me we can dicuss rehatching the Chicken Boy cartoon. Chicken Boy was  hatched September 1, 1969.
